School Administrative Charges

ASSESSMENT ROUND: The school receives 15% of the total amount of the book order placed.

GRAND FINALE: The school receives ₹ 30/- per student, per exam, plus 15% of the total amount of the book order placed.

Important pointers

  • All three exams have two rounds and the exams for both rounds will be conducted in the school.
  • The Assessment Round is FREE of cost and qualified students may choose to appear for the Grand Finale exam by paying the fees of Rs. 350 for each exam.
  • ECAT, M-CAT and S-CAT exams are to be conducted on three different days.
  • The study material is the same for the Assessment Round and the Grand Finale.
  • Students can receive ONLY one certificate for each exam, either in the Assessment Round or in the Grand Finale.
  • It is mandatory for the respective teachers to collect the question papers from the students and retain them in the school’s possession after the exam concludes. This applies for both the exam rounds.
  • Assessment Round Grade Toppers will be awarded medals, only if more than 10 students from a specific grade appear for the exam. To qualify for this award, students must achieve a score of 60% or higher.
  • All the students selected for the Grand Finale round will receive a Selection Letter cum Grand Finale form, and the non-selected students will receive a Participation Certificate.
  • All participants can access and download their ‘Performance Assessment Reports’ in digital format from our website while checking their Assessment Round results.
  • If all students participate in the Assessment Round, the school will receive comprehensive division-wise analytical reports. These reports provide in-depth, skill-wise performance insights, aiding in the customization of teaching strategies.
  • The difficulty level will be increased in the Grand Finale round and an additional 0.5 negative marking will be introduced.
  • A minimum score of 50% is required to be qualified for the Merit List in the Grand Finale. Please note that this is the eligibility criterion, students will be awarded Super Performer/ Achiever/ Merit Holder, as per the cut-off.
